Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who uses Sure Auto Predictor ("we", "us", the "site"). By creating an account or paying for premium access you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old. By signing up you confirm that you are. We may close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.

2. What we provide

We publish football predictions produced by statistical models and, sometimes, by our staff. Predictions are estimates of probability, not guarantees. Football results are uncertain and you can lose money betting on them. We do not take bets, hold your stakes or pay winnings; any bet you place is between you and your bookmaker.

Our full record of settled tips, including losses, is public on the Track record page. Past results do not predict future results.

3. Premium access and payments

• Premium access lasts for the period of the plan you buy, starting when the payment is confirmed. Buying again before it ends adds the new period on top.
• Prices are in Uganda shillings (UGX) and are shown before you pay.
• Because premium tips are delivered immediately, payments are not refundable once access has started, except where a payment was taken twice or access was not delivered. Contact us and we will put it right.
• The trial plan is for first-time customers only, one per person.

4. Your account

Keep your login details private. Premium tips are for your personal use: don't resell, republish or share them in groups or channels. We may suspend accounts that do, without refund.

5. Referral promo codes

Commission is earned only on genuine payments by people you refer. Referring yourself, using fake accounts or misleading people about our service cancels commissions and may close the account. We pay commission to the mobile money number on your account and may change commission rates for future payments.

5b. Community tipsters

• The tipster registration fee is a one-time payment for a tipster profile and tools. It is not a stake and is not refundable once the profile is active.
• One tipster account per person and per mobile money number. Duplicate or shared accounts are closed and their earnings cancelled.
• Tips are priced at the bookmaker odds we hold when posted, lock at kickoff and are settled automatically. They can't be edited afterwards.
• Tipsters earn the share shown on their dashboard of what their followers pay, paid to their registered mobile money number. We may withhold earnings linked to fraud, chargebacks or rule breaks.
• Tipsters are independent members, not our staff. Following a tipster buys access to their tips for the stated period; results are not guaranteed and access is not refundable once started.
• Tipsters must not post misleading claims, "fixed match" offers or contact details for off-site selling. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Liability

We provide predictions "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for betting losses or for decisions you make using our content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ugandan consumer law.
