Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Sure Auto Predictor collects, why, and your rights under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.

What we collect

• Account: username, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and your mobile money number if you add it.
• Google sign-in: your Google account ID, email and first name, if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Payments: plan, amount, payment method, references and, for manual mobile money, the number you paid from and the transaction ID. Card and wallet details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us.
• Telegram: your Telegram chat ID, if you connect Telegram.
• Referrals: which promo code you used and commissions earned from your code.

Why we use it

To run your account, provide premium access, take and confirm payments, send tips, receipts, password resets and expiry reminders you've asked for, pay referral commissions, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the site: payment processors (Flutterwave, Pesapal, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money), Google (sign-in), Telegram (if you connect it), our SMS and email providers, and our hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs for its task.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it's used. Email support@sureautopredictor.com and we'll respond promptly. You can also complain to Uganda's Personal Data Protection Office.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and protect forms. No advertising trackers.
